If you cancel a service before we've started work on your filing or application, you're eligible for a full refund of the service fee paid, minus any payment gateway charges already incurred.
Once preparation or filing work has begun — including document review, drafting, or submission to a government portal — the fee becomes non-refundable, since the effort has already been committed.
Any government fees, stamp duty, or statutory charges paid on your behalf as part of a filing are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority, regardless of the status of our service fee.
If an application is rejected by a government department due to an error on our part, we will refile at no additional service charge. If the rejection is due to incorrect information or documents provided by you, refiling will be treated as a new engagement.
Email info@taxproadvisors.in with your order details and the reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
